タグの概要
Program TAGS (K TAGS) are established as a method of grouping documents together that cross Subject TAGS lines. The groupings of documents allow for easy retrieval based solely upon program or office requirements. These TAGS begin with the letter K and should be placed on the TAGS line of telegrams and memorandums, along with appropriate Subject and Geographic TAGS. K TAGS do not replace Subject TAGS but should be used as adjuncts to them.プログラムタグは、主題タグの枠組みを超えて文書をグループ化する手段として設置されています。文書のグループ化は、単なるプログラムや事務の要求に基づいたものが容易に可能になっています。これらのタグは「Ｋ」の文字で始まり、電報やメモのタグ（記入）行では、適切な主題タグや地理タグと一緒に書かれるべきです。Ｋタグは主題タグを代用するのではなく、主題タグの付加情報として用いるべきです。
